Ruta de los Porrats

Els Porrats put together la Safor region with tradition. Throughout the years, to honour their festivities, different towns established their fairs or markets. Today there are still many examples of these commercial and recreational landmarks, and others that have been recovered with the efforts of the entire region.

The Route of els Porrats is made up of a total of 7 municipalities in the region of la Safor: Oliva, Benirredrà, la Font d’en Carròs, Potries, Ròtova, Tavernes de la Valldigna and l’Alqueria de la Comtessa.

Calendar of la Ruta dels Porrats in 2017:  

• Oliva. Calderas and Porrat de Sant Antoni. January 13, 14 and 15.
• Benirredrà. Sant Antoni del Porquet. January 20, 21 and 22.
• La Font d’en Carròs. Sant Antoni del Porquet. January 27, 28 and 29.
• Potries. Porrat de Santo Blai. February 3, 4 and 5.
• Ròtova. Holy Macià. February 25 and 26.
• Tavernes de la Valldigna. Blood Day-Sant Llorenç. July 12-August 10.
• L’Alqueria de la Comtessa. Sants de la Piedra. September 8, 9 and 10.
