


This dish inspired a theatre play from the mythical group of la Safor called Pluja Teatre.
Ingredients
- 500 g of cooked blood (we can buy it already prepared at the butcher’s shop)
- 4 onions
- 2 garlics
- 1 chilli (optional)
- 1 spoon of red sweet pepper
- 1 soup spoon of thyme
- 100 g of olive oil
Elaboració
- Cut the blood in small bits, put oil to heat and fry lightly the blood bits for a few minutes, put it on a plate and reserve.
- In the same frying pan and with the remaining oil, add the two garlics cut in pieces to fry and before they get golden put the onion to fry over low heat and a pinch of salt.
- When the onion is half cooked, add the chilli, the thyme, a spoon of red sweet pepper and stir it.
- Add the blood that we had reserved, stir and cover and we leave it over low heat until the onion is transparent.
