The Museum has its headquarters in a 16th century statetly house located in the centre of the medieval town.
The permanent exhibition is devoted to the presentation of various aspects of the traditional agricultural culture of Oliva such as those related to the use of water and irrigation systems, orchard agriculture, cereals, rice , corn, the vineyard, the mulberry, as well as the production of silk, oil and orange.
In this exhibition, a large number of tools and materials are exhibited, among which there are those belonging to domestic animals, located in the original stable –entirely conserved- or those referring to the typical olive gastronomy. (Source: https://goo.gl/hvBiMR)
